JvG. Thoma plans to assemble solar modules with technology for both desert and tropical climates, aiming to sell to recently contracted solar power plants in Brazil.
The company will deliver fabrication machinery, process technology and will train personnel.
The German and Brazilian companies will be jointly responsible to build the production plant and expect to start operations in the fourth quarter. JvG.
