In April Jinko began construction at the fish pond project, located in a coastal development zone in Yancheng City. The project, one of the largest solar plants in Jiangsu province, is set to receive 1 yuan ($0.16) per kWh produced for 20 years.
With that project wrapped up, Jinko confirmed that it is on track to meet its target of bringing 600MW of capacity online this year, leaving it near the front of the pack among Chinese PV manufacturers diversifying rapidly into project development and EPC work.
