Japan's M. Setek suspends PV output in wake of tsunami

AU Optronics (AUO) has suspended production indefinitely at its Japanese PV unit, polysilicon and wafer maker M. Setek, in the wake of the most powerful earthquake to hit the island nation in recorded history.
