Luke Metzger is founding director of Environment Texas, a citizen-funded advocate for clean air and water and open spaces. He has been at the forefront of a campaign urging Governor Greg Abbott to take actions that will allow the state to obtain 20% of its electricity from solar by 2025, versus less than 1% now.
