Robert Bosch will pay €9 ($12.86) per share to buy the stake from a group of investors that includes aleo co-founder Marius Eriksen -- a 33% premium on aleo’s closing price on 31 July.
Robert Bosch simultaneously entered into an agreement to buy a controlling share of Germany thin-film player Johanna Solar Technology, in which aleo has held a minority stake since 2006.
