Reliance said the projects will be developed over the next 10 years under a memorandum of understanding (MoU) agreed with the state government.
The Reliance announcement coincided with the inauguration of the company’s 100MW concentrating solar power (CSP) plant in the Jaisalmer district of the state.
According to Reliance the plant, which uses Areva technology, is the largest in the world based on Compact Linear Fresnel Technology.
