Ardeshir Contractor, the influential chief executive and founder of Indian solar producer Kiran Energy, tells Recharge why he has withdrawn from India's solar tender market, yet remains a big fan of the government programme.
Contractor is also chairman of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry's Solar Task Force and a key adviser to the government on solar issues.
