The arrangement – which sells Hanergy thin-film PV systems through Ikea stores – will see its Dutch debut in Haarlem today, with a second outlet in Utrecht to follow.
The residential PV alliance was launched last year in the UK and subsequently extended to all Ikea’s British stores, with 1,500 systems sold so far.
The partners said a 2.5kW Dutch system will cost an average of €4,400 ($5,586) pre-VAT, including installation.
