Expectations are now that installations will grow by 33% in 2015, the fastest expansion rate since 2011, the US-headquartered consultancy says in its latest Downstream PV Intelligence Service report.
"IHS Technology already had one of the most bullish forecasts in the industry," says senior research director Ash Sharma. "But due to accelerated and expanded deployment in the US, as well as in China, India and other countries in Asia, our forecast has increased further."
