Henan Senyuan starts building 1GW of solar in central China

The Changge-based company did not reveal a PV module supplier for the 10bn yuan ($1.5bn) project in Xuchang, Henan province.

It also did not say when it expects to finish building the array.

Senyuan, which aims to develop roughly 9.5GW of PV capacity in China, has also been tied to plans for several other multi-gigawatt solar projects in Henan.
