Hareon — based in Jiangyin, Jiangsu province — said its wholly owned group subsidiary in Shanghai will take an 80% stake in the project developer, which is building a solar plant in Wu'an, south of Beijing in Hebei province.
The investment will help the group expand its presence in Hebei, Hareon said in a statement to the Shanghai stock exchange.
