The seven new units — including building-integrated PV (BIPV), home PV systems, rooftop applications, automotive and outdoor products — will develop and manufacture new products and set up new sales channels.
Hanergy chairman Li Hejun will serve as chairman and chief executive of the new Hanergy Product Development Group, which will be based in the San Francisco Bay area.
