HTF will support its downstream operations — which include the construction of ground-mount arrays, distributed-generation installations and off-grid projects — by purchasing up to 1.5GW of a-Si/Si-Ge thin-film PV modules, 70MW of CIGS flexible solar panels, 80MW of CIGS solar modules and 110MW of nc-Si thin-film modules.
It has also agreed to buy enough BIPV thin-film modules to cover a surface area of up to 530 hectares, according to a statement on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
