HTF’s shares stopped trading on Wednesday in Hong Kong after they fell 47% early in the morning session.
The company’s share price has soared roughly 600% over the past 24 months, driving its market value beyond that of Tesla and US-based First Solar, its main global rival in the thin-film PV segment.
The reason for the sharp decline in its share price remains unknown.
