Last week Norway-based Scatec said it had had closed on the project financing for the $188m project, its first in North America, which is due for completion in late 2015.
On Wednesday Scatec revealed that Google provided tax-equity investment for the Red Hills project and will be the joint owner. Prudential Capital Group provided debt financing. No exact investment figures were given.
