Goldman's JRE unit finishes 39MW solar project near Tokyo

It connected the project to the grid in the city of Mito, Ibaraki prefecture, on 5 January.

A JRE spokesperson declined to reveal which company supplied PV modules for the project.

In late December, JRE announced the completion of a 2.78MW solar project in Kagoshima prefecture, southwestern Japan.

Last April, it bought a 16MW wind farm in Sakata, in northern Japan’s Yamagata prefecture.
