A mere 110MW of fresh solar capacity was installed in the country in September, bringing new installations in the first nine months of the year to 1.6GW, according to data from the federal grid agency.
During the same period last year, 2.7GW had been installed, which in turn was down from 6.2GW in the first nine months of 2012.
Due to the dip in installations, the grid agency last month had already slowed the FIT degression rate to 0.25%
