Foresight will stage a share issue to raise the funds needed to purchase the two 37MW arrays in Dorset and Oxfordshire.
The group is also proposing a wider share-placing programme that will help it make suitable acquisitions when they arise, it told investors.
The new plants bring the fund’s total operating assets to 185MW.
