Revenue fell to $49.6m in the year to 31 December, 2014, from $53.9 a year earlier.
In an online statement, chief executive Marco Northland described 2014 as a “transformational” period for the company.
It generated 100.7 million kWh of electricity in 2014, down slightly from 104.9 million kWh a year earlier, from the 60MW of solar it owns at 17 locations in Italy.
