Enphase’s third-quarter performance should have given investors much to cheer about, with chief financial officer Kris Sennesael calling the results a “remarkable achievement”.
The California-based company’s $813,000 net profit represents its first-ever quarterly surplus, and compares to a net loss of $6.2m during the same period last year.
Enphase’s micro-inverters compete aggressively in the booming US residential solar market, as well as the growing US commercial rooftop market.
