The company planned to sell power from the 1MW Megawatt Solar rooftop array on its headquarters to electricity suppliers, energy traders and industrial users via long-term purchase agreements.
The company set a minimum price of R$280/MWh ($109.3/MWh).
According to an Eletrosul spokesperson, 12 buyers registered for the auction and five effectively bought power.
Because there is still an allocation to be sold, the company declined to comment on prices, the quantity sold or buyers.
