The two companies also announced the first installation to use the new structure: a 200kW system being built for a health centre in California, developed by Demeter and financed by Conergy.
The PACE Lease structure – developed by Demeter Power with the help of a $500,000 grant from the US Department of Energy’s SunShot Incubator Program – uses a standard solar PPA model but bolts on PACE finance.
