The company, which makes silicon wafers, solar cells and solar modules, plans to use about $60m of funds raised to expand cell and module manufacturing. About $5m will go towards research and development to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing costs, and the rest will boost working capital, it says in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
