The group’s US subsidiary, GCL Solar Energy, says an undisclosed buyer acquired the plants in Tulare County and Kings County, California.
The two solar farms total 48MW of capacity and have 25-year power purchase agreements with utility Pacific Gas and Electric.
It is the second such deal by GCL-Poly this year, following its sale of 92MW of Californian projects in July.
Zhu Gongshan, chairman of GCL Poly, says the deal "solidifies our position to further expand from our over-1GW solar farm pipeline we have in the US, and sets another good execution example for our dual-core strategy”.
