The figure, which slightly exceed the NEA’s annual installation forecast of 15GW, indicate that the country has surpassed Germany as the world’s largest solar market in terms of total installed capacity. Germany's grid agency said earlier this week that the country had 39.7GW in place by the end of 2015.
However, the numbers also show that distributed-generation PV projects accounted for just 1.39GW
