The tender, scheduled for 21 August, has been put back to 28 August. The Mines and Energy Ministry wants give developers and investors time to analyse the results of the A-3 auction – which includes wind and other technologies, but not solar – that will occur on 21 August.
Wind developers have preliminarily registered 12.5GW for the auction and are undergoing technical and financial registration.
