Charlotte-based Geenex will bring its local expertise to the table to drive development activities in the PJM market, while BayWa r.e. Solar Projects – based in Irvine, California – will provide turnkey EPC, financing and O&M services.
The projects range from 20MW to 100MW in size, and are at different stages of development.
The first project, the 5MW Hemlock array in Northampton, North Carolina, is due online by the end of 2016, and the remainder of the portfolio will be brought online throughout 2017 and 2018, BayWa r.e.
