The loan will take place in stages with the first $50m tranche to be used towards developing a 100MW project in Rajasthan state, in the northwestern part of India, and the rest for upcoming projects.
The company is developing the 100MW Rajasthan project under the second round of the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission. It is expected to be commissioned by April 2015.
