Bolgrad isthe fifth PV installation that the Vienna-based company has completed in thesouthern part of the Odessa region, which according to Activ CEO Kaveh Ertefai “offershigh levels of solar irradiation and has large areas of unutilised land,unsuitable for agricultural purposes”.
Bolgrad spans more than 63 hectares and will produce enough cleanpower to meet the electricity needs of more than 10,000 households.
