Germany's federal grid agency BNetzA said 98MW of PV installations were added in February 2015, down from 121.2MW in January and 110MW in February 2014.

In the 12 months from March 2014 through February 2015, a total of 1.81GW of new PV capacity was installed, well below the government's 2.4-2.6GW annual target corridor.

Due to the slower expansion, the agency again set a monthly degression in support at a lower-than-usual 0.25%
