Vestas: Probe confirms human error in V112 incident
Danish wind turbine manufacturing giant Vestas says that classification agency Det Norske Veritas (DNV) has concluded an investigation into the incident which saw a piece break off a rotor blade in its V112 3MW prototype on 8 September.
