The cranes are loading wind turbine blades in Southampton docks onto a ship bound for the US, while the barge is being used by Vestas to ferry blades from the Isle of Wight blade factory to the docks. Activists, entered the docks on 15 of September, some of them arriving by boat. They draped banners from the cranes ad the barge which said “Our blades our power” and “Wind power for the people.”
