The partners say that they have also completed the installation of 30 wind turbines. The wind farm is located about 25km off the Suffolk Coast. It is expected to begin producing power from the first turbines by end of 2010 and will become fully operation in 2012.
The partners said that they have also spent £1m on a new operations and maintenance centre in Lowestoft.
