Photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturer and PV systems installer Solar Power said that full year revenues increased by 161% to $47.4 m, from $18.1 m in 2007. Gross profit increased to $3.6 m compared to gross profit of $2.1 m in 2007, although profit margins fell due to the higher cost of solar cells during the 3rd and 4th quarters of the year, the company said.
