Solar Millennium, MAN set up US thermal solar joint venture

Solar Millennium says that it will consolidate all of its existing activities and companies in the US into the new joint venture, called Solar Trust of America LLC (STA). Solar Millennium will own 70% of the company, with MAN owning the remaining 30%.
