Bennett has attacked the UK coalition government's plans for Electricity Market Reform (EMR), and called its proposals to amend the subsidy regime for solar and wind “a total mess”.
She points to the “huge potential of solar” in the UK, where the government is this year launching a consultation on reducing support levels for PV.
