The New Delhi-based company is planning to use Rupees 3.6bn of the funds to finance expansion of manufacturing capacity by adding a third production line capable of producing 100 megawatts of cells per year.
Set up in 2008, Indosolar currently operates an 80MW multicrystalline cell production line at its factory in Greater Noida. A second 80MW line is due to be operating this month.
