Iberdrola Renovables starts up Hungary wind farms

The projects are the 36MW Scott wind farm near the town of Nagyigmad, the 26MW Amundsen wind farm and the 8MW Csoma II project. All of the wind farms use Gamesa G90 2MW turbines. All the projects were construction by Iberdrola subsidiary Iberdrola Ingeniería y Construcción

Iberdrola Renovables already operated the 50MW Kisigmand and 38MW Csoma I wind farms. Together with the new wind farms, Iberdrola now has 158MW in Hungary or almost 50% of the country’s total capacity of 330MW.
