ACS is selling 1.056 of wind power capacity in Spain, 352MW of wind farm capacity outside of Spain – including in the US and Greece - and 349MW of concentrating solar power (CSP) plants in Spain, including the Andasol 1 and 2 plants.
The company, which is led by Real Madrid football club president Florentino Pérez, hopes to achieve to achieve proceeds of €4-5bn from the sale.
