The two investors are putting the cash into the the 102MW Alta Wind 4, one element of the multi-phase AWEC project under development by Terra-Gen Power.
Citi has underwritten the equity financing for Alta Projects 2-5, totalling 570MW
The initial five Alta projects with a generating capacity of 720MW are already complete and supplying electricity to the grid.
Another 300MW will be online by the end of this year, making AWEC the nation’s largest wind facility, say the partners.
