The London- and Paris-based private equity fund manager says it has secured €70m ($104m) financing for the acquisition of the Arico solar farm in Tenerife from Spain's Endesa.
The acquisition means Platina has now invested in Spanish solar projects with a total capacity of 31 megawatts (MW), making it one of the largest private equity players in the local market.
