“The ETS has no impact whatsoever on wind-energy investments, that’s absolutely clear,” says Kjaer. “Your project doesn’t get more or less profitable just because the price of carbon is higher or lower, or because the cost for your competitor is higher, and it doesn’t help your project finance.”
