The Wapsipinicon wind farm was commissioned in December utilising 67 GE 1.5 MW turbines. EnXco has a 20 year power sale agreement with Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency for the project.
Lenders for the project are Nord/LB, CIC Credit Industriel et Commercial, Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen and CoBank. Nord/LB acted as the administrative agent for the banks, which have all contributed equal shares of the financing.
