Clipper says that it “has initiated discussions and received approaches from a number of parties comprising both industrial multinationals and financial investors that could lead to a significant investment in the Company.” It adds that “it is expected that Clipper's new partner could range from owning a substantial minority position, investing at or around the current market price, to acquiring all of Clipper's outstanding share capital.”
