Trony, based in Shenzhen, China, has applied to the New York Stock Exchange for listing its American Depository Receipts under the symbol “TRO.”
Credit Suisse Securities, JP Morgan Securities and Oppenheimer & Co are among the underwriters for the IPO, according to the filing.
Trony did not say how many ADRs will be offered or the pricing.
According to its website, Trony is China’s only thin-film photovoltaic module company ranked in the top 10 producers in 2008.
