The first venture, called Shenyang Tianxiang Wind Equipments Manufacturing will manufacture rotor blades, hubs, nacelle covers, and other key components for wind turbines, while the second, Shenyang Tianrui Wind Equipments Sales will providing marketing and sales for the components.
A-Power will invest $1.5m in cash and control 51% of the first joint venture, with Jiangsu Miracle providing $1.4 m for the other 49%.
