The Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency, Aneel, has pushed the A-3 tender back by a week to 18 October, but a formal delay, which would be significantly more than a week, has not yet been decided upon, a source tells Recharge. The Ministry of Mines and Energy, which has the last word on the matter, is still studying the matter.
