As well as chief executive Michael El-Hillow, Evergreen parted company with chief financial officer Donald Reilly, chief strategy officer Richard Chleboski, chief technology officer Lawrence Felton, and general manager of Asian operations, Henry Ng.
All the termination orders are effective immediately. In their place the board of directors appointed Christian Ehrbar as the new chief executive and Paul Kawa as CFO.
