Vestas chose to launch Act on Facts in Australia because of the rapid rise of the anti-wind lobby there.

The campaign – which promises to “separate myths from facts” – kicked off with a live panel discussion at the University of Melbourne examining the tactics of anti-wind groups and how they can be countered.

“Act on Facts” will include a full range of marketing, communications and public affairs activity, including a web portal containing details of latest data and pro-wind initiatives with which people can engage.
