“It is very dangerous at the moment,” said Miliband. “This attempt to reach an agreement will get mired in process as it has been on Monday and again [on Tuesday}, or people can choose an ambitious agreement and i think an ambitous agreement is still possible with really hard work.”
Miliband added “it would be a farce if we fail to get an agreement because of process.
